Where to begin?! This scrub top is really the best of aesthetic and functional performance, and I honestly look forward to wearing this adorable top both in and out of the hospital.
Function: It's super soft, stretchy enough to be comfortable but not so stretchy that the pockets sag or bulge - and let's talk about these pockets! I love the front cross-body pocket because it keeps everything important front and center and very, very easily accessible (fumbling around in your back pocket for your phone to call for help while also trying to prep for an emergent line is not fun) while also avoiding the weird, saggy, overfilled look that I often get with other scrub tops (try fitting your phone, earbuds, lip balm, emergency meds, etc in your scrub top pocket and you'll see what I mean). Love love love the innovative pocket location and design.
Aesthetic: do you ever wanna wear a cap sleeve top and end up wishing your arms were a little more toned? Maybe it's just me lol, but I definitely feel that way allllll the time with cap sleeves. My absolute favorite thing about this top is that it somehow manages to accomplish that sleek, feminine cap sleeve look without making me self-conscious about my upper arms. I think it's the cut and weight of the fabric that makes it so flattering, and functionally you don't have to worry about getting your sleeves gross while you're working! And omg the tailored-in waist with the versatile bottom cut that can be either tucked in for a crisp business look or untucked to protect from splashes/smears in the hospital setting? I love the versatility of this top so, so much. It's blouse-like enough to pass for a night out and tough enough to survive the clinical rodeo.

Fabric is lightweight and stretchy but still provides enough structure for a flattering silhouette. Great scrubs for dressing up especially if you have an occasion after the shift or if you want to go for a versatile business casual scrub!
